Lost or Discarded EID
If you lose or discard an EID,
we recommend that you promptly deactivate the link between the
lost/discarded EID and your Emergency ID Profile. To do this,
you’ll need to remove the product to which the lost/discarded EID was attached as follows:
1. Log in, which will take you to the “My Account” section of our website.
2. Under the “Products” tab, select the product you want to remove by clicking on the “+” sign appearing before the product name.
3. Select “Remove Product”.
