Yes, you can change the information in your Emergency ID Profile at any time and as often as you like through the “My Account” section of our website. You’ll need to login with your password to make changes, which prevents others from modifying your Profile.
Being able to change the information in your Emergency ID Profile is one of the key benefits of our EIDs. Whether the changes are long-term because the information in your Profile is no longer current, or temporary because, for example, you’re traveling and want to specify different contact information, or the person you’ve designated to be contacted in the event of an emergency is unavailable and you want to designate someone else, it’s quick and easy to change your Profile.
